CHANGE:
Migrated from 9.x to 10.x
CAUSE:
The -H (hostname) in the client parameter (.pf) file is pointing to the old machine that was migrated from. Therefore, clients are connecting to the old database and are updating that one rather than the new database that was restored.
FIX:
Change the -H hostname setting in the client .pf file to the new host machine.
