FIX:
This message is a warning to indicate that the master block does not show the database as being closed when the dbanalys or the tabanalys command was ran against the database in single user mode. This warning can occur when a database is in a crashed state or has not been closed in a normal fashion. The result of a crash or other situation that leaves the database in a state other than CLOSED.
