Running the client or the Analyzer against a WSDL that contains the <mime:content> tag
Error 49 on the client connectiong to a web service
SYSTEM ERROR: Memory violation. (49)

Bug# OE00119592
FIX:
As a workaround remove MIME bindings so that only the SOAP binding remains.
