FIX:
1. Open Data Administration and connect the existing schema holder
2. Go to DataServer > DB2/400 > Progress/400 Data Dictionary
3. Change Progress/400 Data Dictionary mode option from "Read only" to "Modify schema".
4. Load incremental df using option Admin> Load Data and Definitions>Data Definitions.
5. Change Progress/400 Data Dictionary mode option back from "Modify schema" to "Read only" .
6. Close Progress/400 Data Dictionary window.
7. Synchronize client side schema holder using the Data Administration tool. Choose DataServer> DB2/400 Utilities> Synchronize Progress/400 Client
8. Choose the Selective radio button option to perform a selective synchronization and turn on "Verify Server Schema to AS/400 Objects and click OK to continue.
9. Select Object to be synchronized and click OK.
