Yes, Oracle 11g R1 is certified with OE10.1C02 and OE10.1C03 service packs and 10.2A FCS (First Commercial Ship).
OE10.1C02 certified with the following OS:
- AIX 5.3 64-bit (Certification is not done but it should work)
- HPia 64-bit
- LinuxPPC 64-bit (using Oracle 10g client)
- Lunixx86 32-bit and 64-bit
- Solaris 32-bit and 64-bit
- Windows 32-bit and 64-bit
OE10.1C03 certified with the following OS:
- HPUX 64-bit
- Other Operating Systems listed under OE10.1C02 will also be supported.
OE10.2A certified with the following OS:
- AIX 32-bit (using Oracle 10g client)
- AIX 64-bit
- HPUX 64-bit
- HPia 64-bit
- LinuxPPC 64-bit (using Oracle 10g client)
- Lunixx86 32-bit and 64-bit

As of october 2010, Oracle 11g R2 is certified for DataServer from 10.2A release on Windows 32-bit, Windows 64-bit, Solaris 32-bit, Solaris 64-bit, Linuxx86 32-bit, Linuxx86 64-bit, LinuxPPC 64-bit and AIX 32-bit with following exceptions:
Solaris 32-bit - using 11g R2 Server with 9i client
Linux PPC 64-bit and AIX 32-bit - using 11g R2 Server with 10g client
