CAUSE:
Propath is not set for a launch configuration. The launch configuration starts a new prowin32 session for which propath has to be set correctly in the Run configuration.
FIX:
From the Run -> Run ... menu select the configuration. On the 3rd tab (PROPATH) use the "Add Directory" button to add a directory from linked resources under your project. On the Main tab modify the "Run this program" to use a relative path to the code using one of the propath entries.
