SYMPTOM(s):
OpenEdge Web Services return incorrect date values for a temp-table date field at random
Programs running on the AppServer have loops for creating hundreds of temp-table records
AppServer Broker used by the Web Service has its "Operating mode" set to "State-free"
Calling the Web Services deployed in the WSA from the same 4gl client program running in 2 separate Progress (prowin32) sessions
4GL client sessions are calling the Web Services on the backend simultaneously
Temp-table date fields sporadically show incorrect values in the WSA extended logs
Some of the returned dates contain an incorrect day, month or year
There is no difference in the results if the web services use Document/Literal messages rather than RPC/Encoded
