Error code -1234 returned from fdfnd. (1410)
FACT(s) (Environment):
Oracle database codepage is set to AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8ISO8859P15
Oracle client's NLS_LANG is set to AMERICAN_AMERICA.UTF8
The schema holder and the ABL client's codepage is set to ISO8859-1
When the Oracle client's codepage is set to AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8ISO8859P15, the issue is resolved
