Resource views eventually load.

CAUSE:
Firewall rules preventing client system from directly accessing port 9090 (or whatever port the OE Management is started on).
FIX:
Address the firewall issue by adding rule that to open port 9090 between users IP address and the OE Management server so that it can access the OE Management console directly from the browser.
