A protrace file is generated when the _probrkr command is executed

DataServer is started properly and allows direct connections to the Oracle database
DSLOGDIR is set

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00168716
FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.2A or later.
If the upgrade is not possible, unset DSLOGDIR.
