Online probkup fails with 10519 against database recently transitioned from source to normal Progress database
Attempt to start a broker with -DBService parameter on a database that is not enabled for site replication has failed. (10519)
rfutil aimage list fails with 10519 error
Shared memory connection mpro dbname fails with 10519
Remote mpro connection works

CHANGE:
Lost system power and due to file corruption SiteReplication was disabled.
CAUSE:
The replication recovery file was not removed when SiteReplication was disabled.
FIX:
To recover:
1. Stop the database
2. Remove the *.repl.recovery file.
3. Run slibclean.
4. Restart AdminServer ( if being used ) and database.
