rpserver.exe is dying upon writing the first message to the database log after a date change.
problem first observed after migrating from 10.1B to 10.1C
Event viewer reads:
Faulting application rpserver.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module
msvcr80.dll, version 8.0.50727.762, fault address 0x0001e42e.
