Can not enter the serial number and control codes.

Tried an entire list of term types including ANSI.
FACT(s) (Environment):
HP-UX 11i Itanium
OpenEdge 10.1B 64-bit
CAUSE:
Incompatible emulator/term type
FIX:
Installed Reflection as the terminal emulator and used the term type of ANSI to allow normal operation of the proupdt utility.
