SYMPTOM(s):
When inputting a character, either number, English or Chinese between a string of Chinese characters, the cursor will move to the right by 1 or more chars
Text field has already contained Chinese characters
Using Dynamics WebClient
When inputting a character, either number, English before/after a string of Chinese characters, the cursor will behave as normal.

CAUSE:
Bug # OE00175811
FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.1C03 or later.
Once upgraded, it will need to enable the fix with the -utf8fillinjump parameter.
