CAUSE:
Bug# OE00165809
CAUSE:
Due to the threads being used by Architect being scheduled onto separate CPU's a message was sent from one thread before the thread that was to receive it was prepared to receive the message consequently the thread blocked waiting for a message that was never to arrive.
FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.1C01 or later
