PropMgrPlugin.getPropertyCollection() failure errors are continually being written to the admserv.log file.

FACT(s) (Environment):

CAUSE:
A Fathom Management container resource was defined in Fathom Management in the OpenEdge->WebSpeed resource list but there is no corresponding WS.<container resource name> property defined in the ubroker.properties file located in the $DLC/properties directory.
FIX:
Either remove that container resource from the Fathom Management OpenEdge->WebSpeed resources list, or add the property to the ubroker.properties file. The property can be added by either manually editing the ubroker.properties file, or by using the Progress Explorer tool's GUI application.
