The database is a copy of a quiescent database taken from another directory.
Running prostrct repair on a copy of a quiescent database works fine using an earlier version of Progress OpenEdge.
CAUSE:
Bug# OE00158630
CAUSE:
The prostrct repair utility fails with the "Shared memory access permission denied (1136) error.
FIX:
Upgrade to 10.1B03 or later.
Or
Run the prostrct repair command as root.
