java.exe not in task manager.
admsrv.exe not showing in task manager.
Windows services shows adminservice started.
Progress Explorer connects to the adminserver and databases are started.

CAUSE:
The "show processes from all users" box is not checked off. So not all running processes are displayed.
FIX:
Check off the box on the bottom right of the task manager window "Show processes from all users."
