FACT(s) (Environment):
All Supported Operating Systems
OpenEdge 10.x
CAUSE:
Using serial numbers and control codes from a different Release than the media being used. ie. Serial numbers and control codes from 10.1B, but using a 10.1A installation media during the installation.
FIX:
Using the right control code in line with the right installation media.
