SYMPTOM(s):
Select source file to edit from the Resources pane in Architect
Select OpenEdge -> Tools -> Procedure Editor from the main menu
A new window is displayed with error 474 in the message area
The window cannot be closed unless the Runtime is restarted (OpenEdge -> Restart OpenEdge Runtime)
The RUN, COMPILE and NEW statements cannot specify a directory name. (474)

Architect was incorrectly seeing the proedit directory that gets created when OpenEdge Studio is installed as the name of the program to run
FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.1C or later
