Extents are added online if run after the -validate crash but with the wrong extent numbers

Bug# OE00156282
CAUSE:
Error occurred when prostrct addonline -validate calculated the needed disk space for the extents listed by using the wrong value for database blocksize.
FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.1B03 or later.
