Getting a warning message when deleting the last user in the _user table.
Message is: You are about to end the transaction in which you have deleted the last User record. When you do this, you force all users to have security administrator privileges. Do you want to do this?

CAUSE:
This is a normal message when the last user is removed from the _User table. There will be no security enabled when Answering Yes to this message, which is the standard in an unmodified Progress database.
FIX:
Answer yes if disabling Progress Security on the Progress Database is desired.
If disallow blank userid had been enabled, this will also be disabled at this time.
