SYSTEM ERROR: prevbiblk (rlrw.c) bad prev rlcounter. (868)
FACT(s) (Environment):
Database is on a network drive.
Problems since using the network drive
No database.lk file exists.

Before image file of database was damaged because of the buffered I/O over the network.
FIX:
Restore database backup on local drive
