LogFileNotFound: for database being monitored by user from Fathom Management, error (9802)
LogFileNotFound: <name of file being monitored> was not found. (9802)
User is allowed access to the file with a local connect.
User is denied access to the file when connection is remote.
FACT(s) (Environment):
User that starts AdminServer is same user that is running Fathom Management.
Fathom Management
root has access to database log file.
User that starts AdminServer has access to database log file from localhost.

OpenEdge Management
CAUSE:
Network permissions do not allow "User" remote access to database log file directory.
FIX:
Network administrator needs to give remote access to database directory and file for the "User" running Fathom Management.
