SYMPTOM(s):
Print Preview Button not working correctly if column of a Browser is Blank/Empty
Column label in browser is blank
When printed, column is left out
If Blank column is the first in the Browser, an error 560 is thrown
Entry <entry#> is outside the range of list <list-string>. (560)
