AppBuilder does not start automatically when switching to the AppBuilder perspective.
File does not appear to open when switching to AppBuilder perspective

CAUSE:
Enhancement Request# 20050804-001
FIX:
An enhancement was added to the product to allow more granular settings for when to display the AppBuilder. A new setting was added to 10.1C that allows the user to specify whether to start the AppBuilder when switching to the AppBuilder perspective. When that setting is chosen the user can further specify whether they want to start the AppBuilder only if .w files are open.
These settings are available in the Project Properties editor.
