Client cannot connect to an AppServer on a remote machine
Application Service <Application Service> not found at NameServer at Host <Host> Port <Port>. (8245)
User connecting to the AppServer does not have root privileges
FACT(s) (Environment):
Permissions on the remote /etc/shadow- file are 400 and owned by root

CAUSE:
Cannot validate the user through the networking layer due to insufficient privileges to access the /etc/shadow file.
FIX:
Change permissions on /etc/shadow so that remote users can be validated and can subsequently connect to the AppServer.
