Connecting from a Linux machine to a Windows NT drive mapping by using SAMBA.
FACT(s) (Environment):
All Supported Operating Systems
Progress/OpenEdge Versions
CAUSE:
Errno 2 is being returned to Progress from the operating system when trying to read a file. Errno=2 means that the file does not exist. In this instance, permission problems are occurring which are stopping files from being created and read.
FIX:
This is a permissions problem with SAMBA, not Progress. Please contact your SAMBA product vendor for support.
