Data gets truncated when non-utf ABL client inserts records to MS SQL Server connecting to the utf-8 schem holder through OE 10.1C SQL Server DataServer
FACT(s) (Environment):
Schema holder is created by %DLC%\prolang\utf\empty.db
The ABL GUI client is started with -cpinternal and -cpstream set to ISO8859-1
Windows NT 32 Intel/Windows 2000

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00172314
FIX:
Upgrade to OE10.1C02
Or,
If upgrade is not possible, use utf-8 for both -cpinternal and -cpstream with ABL GUI client
