OEA: OpenEdge Architect Editor shortcut keys fail unless a Help menu is opened
OEA: OpenEdge Architect Editor shortcut keys fail to work before the Help or the drop down context menu is opened.
The shortcut key for Check Syntax (CTRL+SHIFT+C) does not work unless the HELP menu or or the drop down context menu has already been opened.

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00175506
FIX:
A workaround is to either open the Help menu or Mouse-Right-Click in the Editor to open the drop down context menu. Indeed opening any menu / popup-menu / submenu that has at least one menu-item with a shortcut key will do the job.
