FACT(s) (Environment):
Checked "Use Unicode Types" toggle box at migration dictionary screen
Would like migration to generate varchar data type for Progress character data type

CAUSE:
OE 10.1C is the first commercial release to support Unicode. when "Use Unicode Types" is checked, dictionary would migrate character field to nvarchar Unicode data type
FIX:
Uncheck "Use Unicode Types", and rerun migration. The migration would convert character to varchar.
