Unable to disable workspace builds in OpenEdge Architect
"Build all" (including linked resources) starts when running a program directly from OpenEdge Architect
Build Automatically option is off
Project builds are off
Compile on save is off
Unchecking the "Save r-code..." and "Build only..." options for the Project has no effect
FACT(s) (Environment):
OpenEdge 10.1x

CAUSE:
'Build (if required)' option is still switched on
FIX:
Go to Window > Preferences
Expand Run/Debug and select Launching
Uncheck the 'Build (if required)' option
