FIX:
The Hotfix should contain one of the following files, either READMEHF.txt or PatchReadMe.
This file, READMEHF.txt or PatchReadMe, contains a full listing of all bug fixes provided in the Hotfix.
Sometimes a Hotfix is built and does not contain one of these files. When that happens you will have to contact Progress for a listing.
