SYMPTOM(s):
Dynamics message dialog buttons are not displayed correctly.
Message dialog buttons are only partially displayed.
A scroll bar is added to the dialog so that the whole of the button objects can be seen.
Scroll bars are added because the dialog is to large for its Window.

CAUSE:
The Windows desktop property Font settings are too large for the Active Title Bar.
FIX:
Set the desktop font properties as follows:
1) Right mouse click on desktop->Properties->Appearance->Advanced. Then in the Item combo select "Active Title Bar". Below the title there is is a font and a corresponding font size. Set the font size to 10.
2) The font size under display-properties/appearance should be "normal".
