.db file has size zero

CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Delete the .db file that has size zero and run PROSTRCT BUILLDDB to recreate the .db.
Consider looking at the permissions for the database file to avoid this from happen. See solution P100887, "How Progress interacts with UNIX permissions?" for more details.
