SYMPTOM(s):

OpenEdge Architect: Editor cursor disappears when Keyword Help view is clicked

OpenEdge Architect: Lose editor cursor when Keyword Help view is given focus

When focus is returned to the Editor, the cursor does not reappear.

FACT(s) (Environment):

Any characters that are typed appear at the correct insertion point.

CAUSE:

Bug# OE00174433

FIX:

To make the cursor visible, do any of the following:

Save the file being edited.
Click on another file that is open in the editor, then click on the original file.
Press the Insert key twice.
Press the Enter key (this will enter a newline into the text, which can be deleted if it is unwanted).
