Schema migration fails with error "There are no objects in the mssql db that satisfy the criteria" immediately after clicking OK on the Progress or OpenEdge DB to MS SQL Server Conversion screen

MS SQL DataServer
CAUSE:
The Progress/OpenEdge Database connected for migration does not have any tables in it
FIX:
Connect to the Progress or OpenEdge Database that has tables in it to migrate to MS SQL Server Database
