FIX:
The SQL server named instance is referenced in ODBC data source configuration, when data source is configured, it attaches to the correct named instance through server field.
The data server connection string references ODBC data source as -db parameter, however it does not reference named instance directly, therefore there is no reference to named instance in data server connection string.
