FACT(s) (Environment):
Any page containing webspeed URL with https headers do not work
Any page containing webspeed URL with http headers worked
The page contains webspeed URL with https headers

CAUSE:
Web Server is not properly configured to support https protocol
FIX:
Configure web server to support https protocol, webspeed URLs with https header should work when web server is configured properly
