FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows
OpenEdge 10.x
CAUSE:
Only SP1 was installed on the XP client.
v2 of the he Microsoft Installer was installed (MSI.dll)
FIX:
Run Microsoft update and make sure to have the last OS Service pack installed.
Or have at least Microsoft installed v3.x installed.
