CAUSE:
In 10.1B02 was first introduced an enhancement to dbanalys utility to do online chain analysis. This kind of analysis requires to set table locks on. Clients locking records have conflict with the table locks.
FIX:
Use the parameter -scan when running proutil's dbanalys utility.
Syntax:
proutil <dbname> -C dbanalys -scan
