SYMPTOM(s):
SQL broker does not allow more than 6 connections if -Mi is greater than 6
SQL Server hangs and does not allow any more connections to the server.
FACT(s) (Environment):
Self Service connections work as expected.
Remote connections on 4GL ServerType work as expected.

CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing.
FIX:
Set -Mi < 7 or use default value of 1.
