Is there a way to change at the Operating System Level the messages displayed from Yes/No to Si/No?

FIX:
The only way to change the Operating System messages is by reinstalling a localized version of the Operating System.
For example a Spanish version of Windows XP will display the Operating System messaged Si/No instead of Yes/No.
