SYMPTOM(s):
unable to run OpenEdge Replication, getting errno -1 (10763)
(10763) You are not licensed to run Fathom Replication, errno = -1.
FACT(s) (Environment):
Showcfg lists Replication as being licensed.
(10351) Replication (source) is now enabled for database
(10819) The Fathom Replication property file is processed ok.
Unable to start databases that were configured and run successfully in the past for Replication.
OpenEdge Replication
CHANGE:
IT department had changed the path for the Progress.cfg file in the scripts used to start the Progress databases.
CAUSE:
Path used in the database start up scripts had been changed and no longer pointed to the correct directory for the Progress.cfg file.
FIX:
Correct the scripts to use the correct Progress path for the progress.cfg file or set the PROGRESSCFG variable to point to the proper location for the cfg file.
