Error 8013: Could not open Dynamic Library: <libraryName> (8013)
DLL Error : '<libraryName>' is not a valid load module: Bad magic number (8014)
Could not load DLL procedure <libraryName>. (3258)
FACT(s) (Environment):
3rd party C libraries are 32-bit
Progress installation is 64-bit

Progress/OpenEdge Versions
CAUSE:
Attempting to load and use 32-bit libraries with 64-bit libraries/executables.
FIX:
You must obtain or build the libraries that are the same bit version as the Progress installation.
