SYMPTOM(s):
MMC could not create the snap-in error on an attempt to add a server in Progress Explorer
MMC could not create the snap-in. The snap-in might not have been installed correctly.
Name: Progress Explorer 10.1CCLSID {15158793-7B40-467B-FB403F8D-4590}
Missing jvieww.exe, wjview.exe and msjava.dll in the Window system32 directory.
There is no %DLC%\bin\3party directory as expected.
Extracted install files do not contain the 3party directory.
FACT(s) (Environment):
The oe101c_nt.zip file on the ESD site is the same size of the down loaded file on site.

CAUSE:
The installation was performed from files of a faulty extraction of, oe101c_nt.zip, from the Progress ESD site.
FIX:
1. Uninstall Progress.
2. Run the extraction of the same downloaded zip file to another directory.
3. Repeat the install process.
