FIX:
The pmmgr.properties file was placed in $DLC because Replication was once an add-on product. i.e. it was purchased and installed separately. The pmmgr.properties file is the glue that binds the RDBMS and Replication by providing startup information the broker uses to start the Replication processes. Without this file, the broker will not be able to start Replication. The pmmgr.properties file was not moved to $DLC/properties after Replication was made part of the core installation of the OpenEdge product. Enahancement request 0000003801has been opened for the pmmgr.properties file to be moved to $DLC/properties in a future release of OpenEdge.
