SYMPTOM(s):
WebSpeed broker shuts down immediately after startup but remains in STOPPING state.
WebSpeed broker does not shutdown.
WebSpeed agents remain running.
wtbman with the -kill option only removes the broker process but not the agents.
FACT(s) (Environment):
WebSpeed agents connect to one or more databases.

CAUSE:
One or more of the required databases are not running, therefore the agent connections fail and then the agents attempt to shutdown.
FIX:
Manually kill the hung agents.
Once the hung agents are removed, start all of the databases that the agents are configured to connect to and then restart the WebSpeed broker.
