CAUSE:
DataWorkshop.lax value- lax.nl.java.option.additional - is not referencing the correct folder.
FIX:
DataWorkshop.lax value- lax.nl.java.option.additional should be set as follows:
lax.nl.java.option.additional=-Djava.library.path="C:\\Program Files\\EasyAsk11\\lib"
slashes may need to be modified based on Operating system. After saving this change to DataWorkshop.lax, close DataWorkshop and open again for the change to take affect.
