Performance issue connecting to a version 9 database on SCO from version 10 client on Linux.

CHANGE:
During the migration from SCO, the -cache file used by the progress 9 client on SCO was copied to the new 10 install on the Linux machine.
CAUSE:
The new version 10 client is not using the copied -cache file.
FIX:
Regenerate the -cache file from the Progress 9 database with the progress 10 client.
